We had fun at the Yoko exhibition at the MCA. Elliot enjoyed stamping 'imagine peace' over a world map and then his hands. Tom just missed talking to Yoko by phone by about once second when rushing through a maze to answer it (this is true, she calls every few days).

First kite on a windy day

Sunday was a wintery day after a tropical Saturday. Zoe was away supporting a 100 miler in The Great North Work. We made a small kite from a garbage bag and dowel. It looked the part but needed some work to improve its flying ability, starting with a heavier tail. Elliot knew the word from books and seem to have a good idea about what it does. He ran to the park holding it over his head. Unfortunately he loved the kite too much and it is no longer with us.
